At Sky2k.com, we ship your products worldwide. Shipping and handling charges are based on:

• the delivery option you choose
• the weight, size and dimensions of your items
• and your shipping preferences.

The easiest way to calculate your shipping cost is to let us do it for you. You’ll see your shipping cost listed on the "Delivery Information" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Some items have a flat shipping fee due to oversized packages or special shipping requirements. This is indicated in product description.

Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex and the U.S. Postal Service.

How are shipping costs calculated? We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (Number of Items x Per-Item Cost) = Total Shipping Fee

How are items shipped? We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select Standard or Express Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Standard Shipping

• 6 to 16 business days
• Deliveries to international countries and P.O. boxes may take longer
• Tracking information available to shipments over $100
• Products come with 30 days warranty ( from the day we ship)

Express Shipping

• 3 to 6 business days
• Deliveries to international countries and P.O. boxes may take longer
• Tracking information available to all shipments
• Products come with 45 days warranty ( from the day we ship)

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforseen delivery delays. Please wait three days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order.

During that time, we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. Click the "View Order" button next to the order to view the delivery address.

If your order hasn't arrived three days after the estimated delivery date, please e-mail us and we'll do our best to locate it.

Local Pick up

Local pick up are available for orders over $100 value (around Scarborough area). You can pay cash on delivery. Please contact us to arrange a personal pick up.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by Sky2k.com within warranty period for refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online Contact Center, and we will guide you through the process.

Unshipped order can be cancelled and refunded with a small $4.99 fee. No question asked.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Contact Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Contact Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
